The FuLiYang coffee is rich in chocolatey and rosey aromas, greeting the drinker to the cup. It’s a chewey, full-bodied brew, tasting like rich creamy cake. Coming from KunMing city area, YunNan province, it seems out of place, until one recalls the wonderful Pu’er Tea from the same mountainous neighborhood. Mountain coffees are prized the world over, for the trees like hillside drainage. Some of the precious Pu’er d.c. acreage has been converted to coffee, and the connoisseurs have applauded the move. That’s with good reason: this age-old hyper-famous region produces coffees worthy of the name! Although unknown on the world scene as yet, when the word gets out, this is destined to be highly in demand. Thanks to Rivers for the bag of tasty joe!
